Phase III of the I-12 to Bush Corridor Environmental and Conceptual Engineering Studies are nearing their completion. This is the third of a three phase environmental planning effort that involves the identification and evaluation of a Preferred Alternative (PA). This phase of work has involved (to name a few) the development of conceptual engineering plans, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, extensive cultural resources survey, wetlands delineations, and hydrological modeling, along with numerous other analyses. These various studies have served as inputs into the development and analysis of the preferred alternative which achieves the project’s purpose and need the best, while minimizing impacts to the human and natural environment.
To view the preferred alternative, please go to our MapViewer, which allows users to view detailed geographic information about the project area.
