Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the review of the Draft EIS. The projected release date of the Draft EIS is scheduled for January 2011. Following the release of the Draft EIS, the public will have 45 days to submit comments. In addition, the public will have the opportunity to attend a public hearing where commenters can also voice their comments in person.

Changes to the projected release date of the Draft EIS and notification of the date for the public hearing will be provided on this Web site's Home Page.
